The game was: We were up against the bottom of the table team who have had a tough season to date and we were determined not to slip up. Our aim was to keep our structures, convert our turnover ball and minimise our errors. Apart from a few messy patches here and there we achieved our goals - right from the start where we flew out of the blocks to take a 17-5 quarter time lead and continue to build quarter by quarter.

A highlight was : Pretty much everything went well this week...we picked up ball in all parts of the court, we fed well, we shot extremely well and we smiled and talked (a lot). We used this game as an opportunity to try some new positional combos and all look promising for the rest of the season.

A special mention to: Anna had an absolute blinder this week, playing a full game and partnering with both Rosie and Kate in the shooting circle to earn herself MVP. Special mention has to made about her rebounding....something she has been working on and which really came through on court following up both her own shots and those of her shooting partners!!! well done Anna :)

Following this game we plan to...: Work on our defence ahead of two very tough games, we need to tighten up in the circle and shut down options through court. We will also work on being strong under physical marking....we are gonna need to hold our own in the weeks ahead.

Thanks to: Everyone for their support on our sideline and Gayle our statistician who recorded every goal, feed and turnover in this very high scoring game.
